If you don’t have any oven and you want to have a “sort of like” baked spaghetti. Then no need to worry. I have my own way and I’ll teach you how. This is different from other spaghetti recipes, I added milk to it for better taste and there is no water! It's simple to do, you don't need to be a Pro for this. Here:
Spaghetti Ingredients:
1/2 kg. spaghetti noodles
1/4 kg. ground beef
1/4 kg. hotdogs, diagonally sliced
500 ml. Filipino style spaghetti sauce (or any spag sauce)
250 ml. Tomato sauce
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 head garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small box of quick melt cheese or the regular cheese (grated) will do
1 can of condensed milk ***
Spaghetti Cooking Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
2. In a sauce pan or wok, sauté garlic and onions in cooking oil.
3. Add ground beef and bell pepper.
4. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste then let it simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add half can of condensed milk and hotdogs. Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
6. While on low heat, add the cooked noodles and mixed it with the sauce. Add the remaining condensed milk and the quick melt cheese and continue to mix for 5 minutes. (This is like baked spaghetti already)
Serve with sliced bread or any bread you want.
Serving size: 6-8 persons.
Note: Never add water into the sauce, it might spoil it. My spaghetti lasted 2 days without being put inside the fridge.
